Gingerbread-Spiced Kettle Corn
Made this up tonight. Cause I wanted kettle corn but I also wanted something holiday-ish. So here you go.
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup white popcorn
3 TB sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (I didn’t use cinnamon, but it would be a lot better with it.)
Mix the sugar and spices in a small bowl.
