Cherry and Strawberry Mini Pies with whole wheat crust
- Make or buy pie crust
- Cut up cherries/strawberries (about 3 cups of fruit total) and mix with sugar and a little cornstarch.
- Cut crust into 12 5-6 inch circles. Push crusts into a cupcake pan and fill with fruit/sugar mixture.
- Bake at 350 until filling is bubbling and crust is golden brown. I don’t remember how long this takes, but it’s not super long.
